Alderwood smoked. Fully cooked. Ingredients: Duck Magret, water, alt, dextrose, sodium phosphate, hidrolized soy protein, cane sugar, sodium nitrate, maple syrup. Magret is the breast of a duck that has produced foie gras. Surprisingly lean, magret contains only 5% fat and is great for grilling. It is the breast of the Moulard duck and is naturally smoked. Smoked duck breast tossed with a light citrus dressing, mixed baby greens and spring vegetables make a great lunch or early starter for dinner. Even paired with other great food such as foie gras, pate or duck sausage can start an enjoyable evening the right way.
